PetSmart Banfield Pet Insurance offers wellness plans, they offer several different types of wellness plans you can choose from.

What's Covered

Puppy Plans

For puppies you can choose between the Primary or the Basic Wellness Plan. These plans cover all necessary vaccinations, comprehensive yearly physical exams, heartworm and fecal exams, 4 dewormings, a vaccine warranty, free office calls, and free health certificates. The Basic Plan also gives you 5% off additional services. The Primary Plan also includes spays and neuters, as well as 10% off other services.

Kitten Plans

For kittens you can choose between the Basic or the Basic Plus Wellness Plan. These plans cover all necessary vaccinations, comprehensive yearly physical exams, 3 fecal exams, 4 dewormings, a vaccine warranty, free office calls, and free health certificates. The Basic Plan also gives you 5% off additional services. The Basic Plus Plan also includes spays or neuters as well as 10% off other services, and FeLV/FIV testing.

Plans for Adult Pets

There are four plans available for adult pets, the Primary, the Basic, Basic Plus, and Optimum.

All four of these plans include annual vaccinations, two comprehensive physical exams, heartworm test, two fecal exams, two deworming, a vaccine warranty, free office calls, and free health certificates.

With the Primary Plan you also get 5% off additional services.

With the Basic Plan you also get blood analysis included and 10% off any additional services.

With the Basic Plus Plan they include dental care, urinalysis, and a 15% discount off any additional services.

With the Optimum Plan they also add feline heartworm testing, ECGs twice a year, annual chest x-rays for dogs, and additional urinalysis, and a 20% additional discount for services.
