This company lets you customize each of the three plans mentioned below. You can select what you want for your coinsurance, ranging from 0%, 10%, or 20%. You can also select your deductable level of either $50, $100, or $200.

The Bronze plan comes with an $8000 maximum annual benefit limit. This plan does cover basic veterinary fees for illnesses or injuries. This could include hospitalization, testing, surgery, referrals prescriptions, and alternative therapy.

Silver Plan

The Silver plan comes with a maximum annual benefit of $12,000. at this level you also get an additional $250 limit for kennel fees, lost dog, or theft. This could include hospitalization, testing, surgery, referrals prescriptions, and alternative therapy.

Gold Plan

The Gold plan has a maximum annual benefit of $20,000 and provides $500 for boarding fees or for lost dogs. There is also a $1000 annual benefit for death and for vacation cancellation.
