4 Levels of Coverage

The ASPCA has four different levels our coverage; Accident, Illness, Wellness, and Wellness Plus.

Level 1

This is their most inexpensive plan and it just covers accidents. The price to ensure a two year old Labrador retriever is about $8.99 a month.

The maximum annual benefit is $8,000
The maximum incident benefit is $2,500
The annual deductible is $100

Level 2

This is a good basic starting plan. It covers accidents and illnesses, and has a continuing care option. To insure a two year old Labrador retriever it costs about $19.10 a month. With the continuing care option it raises the monthly premium to $27.40 a month.

The maximum incident benefit his $1500
The annual deductible is $100




Level 3

This is a well rounded planned at level 3, because it covers accidents, illnesses, and wellness. To insure a two year old Labrador retriever at Level 3 costs $35.08 a month. If you add in the continuing care option it raises the monthly premium to $44.05.

The maximum incident benefit is $3,500
Annual to deductible is $100

Level 4

The Level 4 plan for ASPCA pet health insurance is their most comprehensive plan. It covers accidents, illnesses, wellness, and wellness plus. To insure a two year old Labrador retriever at Level 4 costs $62.22,, and with the continuing care option it raises the monthly premium to $72.98..

Wellness

Wellness Plus

Wellness Plus includes the following coverage:

Lyme vaccine, bordetella vaccine feline leukemia vaccine, feline infectious peritonitis vaccine, feline leukemia test, flea and heartworm preventatives, medication, and annual dental cleaning.
