Essential Plan

This plan covers veterinary treatment, surgeries, prescription medications, testing, x-rays, CT scans, MRI, hospitalization, emergency visits, specialist visits, and cancer coverage. The policy limit is $11,000 with a $1500 per incident limit. The deductible is $125 per incident and the coinsurance is 10%.

Essential Plus

This plan covers veterinary treatment, surgeries, prescription medications, testing, x-rays, CT scans, MRI, hospitalization, emergency visits, specialist visits, and cancer coverage. This plan has an $11,000 limit per policy term and a $3000 limit per incident. The deductible is $125 annually and a 20% coinsurance.

Wellness Plan

This plan covers veterinary treatment, surgeries, prescription medications, testing, x-rays, CT scans, MRI, hospitalization, emergency visits, specialist visits, and cancer coverage. This plan also covers annual physical exams, vaccinations, heartworm testing and prevention, deworming, flea control, and dental cleaning. The policy term limit is $13,000 with a $5000 maximum payout per incident. The deductible is $125 annually with a 20% co-pay.

Wellness Plus

This plan covers veterinary treatment, surgeries, prescription medications, testing, x-rays, CT scans, MRI, hospitalization, emergency visits, specialist visits, and cancer coverage. This plan also covers annual physical exams, vaccinations, heartworm testing and prevention, deworming, flea control, and dental cleaning and spays and neuters.
